PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut waste in the structure and movements of a lock member for locking a cover to a receiving frame, and to enable rational and stable vertical movements of the lock member along a guide and rotational movements thereof in inward and outward directions with respect to the receiving frame, at all times. SOLUTION: In order to make rotational displacement of the lock member, for locking the cover, in inward and outward directions with respect to the receiving frame necessary, sufficient and unwasted, the lock member includes a short hook part and a long lock body, and the hook part is supported, by means of a shaft, to an upper end of the lock body by a pin to be rotatable in the inward and outward directions with respect to the receiving frame. Further, a sliding part of the lock body comprising a mounting frame and the sliding part is slidably held between the guide and an inner peripheral surface of the receiving frame so that the lock member can vertically move along the guide. An urging force is applied to a lower surface of the hook part by a pressing spring to lock the cover, and a front end shaft part of a link mechanism, of which an end is supported to the inner peripheral surface of the receiving frame by means of a shaft, is inserted into a space in the mounting frame to restrict the range of rise of the lock member.
