PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform each processing for preserving, transporting, conveying or the like of a frozen crystal, simply and accurately in a short time by few instruments, in a structure analysis system of a crystal. SOLUTION: In a treatment device of a frozen crystal including a crystal holder 6 for holding the frozen crystal 9, a storage container 22 for storing the crystal holder 6, and a storage container support 23 mountable on/dismountable from the storage container 22, a corner of the storage container 22 on the corresponding side to a part 7 where the frozen crystal 9 is supported of the crystal holder 6 has a slope 30, while the crystal holder 6 is stored in the storage container 22.
