CALL SECTION DETECTING DEVICE, METHOD THEREFOR, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the call section of calls among a plurality of call terminal devices by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The call section detecting device includes: a voice input section 11 in which a voice signal of a caller-side channel and a voice signal of a callee-side channel based on any one of the call terminal devices are input; a voice detecting section 12 which detects a voice section and a non-voice section at each channel; a call section-detecting section 13 for detecting a call section by information of the voice section and the non-voice section of a plurality of channels; a matching section 14 for detecting existence of an event sound by which starting of call is estimated; and a call section correction section 15. When the event sound is detected, the call section correction section 15 divides a call section at its detection time, and both call sections are connected before the detection time of the event sound, when a determined call time is first detected, within a fixed period T1 of a time difference of a first call section created by the division, and a call section of call just before that.
