PURPOSE: A method for producing nanoparticle beam with a double layered structure is provided to facilitate the production and growth of nanoparticles by making a condensation condition by successively supplying gases with different saturation conditions. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing nanoparticle beam with a double layered structure comprises the steps of: expanding and cooling a first gas with a first saturation temperature and a first saturated vapor pressure through a supersonic speed nozzle to form condensation nuclei; growing nanoparticles by supplying a second gas with a second saturation temperature and a second saturated vapor pressure to the surface of the first gas condensation nuclei through supersonic speed nozzle; and spraying grown nanoparticles.
