<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working machine management method for proposing an appropriate driving and operation method based on the driving and operation information of each working machine obtained by a working machine remote operation management system. <P>SOLUTION: A working machine management system includes: a working machine remote operation management system 10 for transmitting the driving and operation information of a working machine by radio communication from a working machine as shown by Fig.2, and for providing the driving and operation information received by the management part to customer terminal equipment or in-company terminal equipment; and a sales service support system 48 for making the management part perform the unitary management of the customer, the working machine and the visit information. The management part includes a function which diagrams the driving and operation information obtained by the working machine remote operation management system 10 on the screen of the in-company terminal equipment for displaying the customer, working machine and visit information of the sales service support system 48, and creates an evaluated driving and operation method diagnostic report for each working machine, and transmits the driving and operation method diagnostic report to customer terminal equipment 17 (customer personal computer 17pc, customer portable telephone 17ph) or other in-company terminal equipment 19 (in-company personal computer 19pc, in-company portable telephone 19ph). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
