PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that necessary information cannot be obtained from a server device in an environment where communication cannot be performed with the server device in a conventional communication system.

SOLUTION: The communication system is configured to obtain information in advance even in shifting to an environment where it is not possible to communicate with a server device by terminal equipment 12 including: a terminal identification information storage part for storing terminal identification information; an output information storage part for storing output information; a non-communication environment detection part for detecting shifting to an environment where it is not possible to communicate with a server device 11; a transmission instruction transmission part for, when shifting to the environment where it is not possible to communicate with the server device is detected by the non-communication environment detection part, transmitting transmission instruction including the terminal identification information to the server device; an output information receiving part for receiving output information from the server device in response to the transmission of the transmission instruction; an output information accumulation part for accumulating the output information received by the output information reception part in an output information storage part; and an output information output part for outputting the output information accumulated in the output information storage part.
