PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a moving image to be reproduced corresponding to various user's requests.

SOLUTION: A digital camera 10 is capable of extracting and reproducing parts corresponding to preference degrees which is equal to higher than a threshold from among degrees of preference designated, on the basis of user input, by storing preference degrees designated by the user input out of a plurality of consecutive preference degrees into a storage part 27, in association with a moving image being recorded per prescribed time interval and is capable of changing the parts to be extracted to other desired parts to reproduce them by only making the user change the designation. Thus the moving image can be reproduced, corresponding to various user's requests by a digital image signal processing part 23.
