PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker with slim and small figure but with high-tolerance input and high-power output. SOLUTION: A loudspeaker 1 comprises: a magnetic circuit 5 having a yoke 2, and a magnet 3 and a pole piece 4; a vibration system 13 having a voice coil 11 and a vibration plate 9 which are connected via a voice coil bobbin 12; and a frame 8 holding the magnetic circuit 5 and vibration system 13, in which the voice coil 11 is disposed in a magnetic gap 6. In addition, a damper 14 is disposed between the lower end of the voice coil bobbin 12 and the magnet 3, and supports the vibration system 13 in a manner that the vibration system 13 is vibratable with respect to the magnet 3.
