<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic cylinder which enables the formation of cavitation near a lip tip end to be suppressed while protecting the lip tip end of a seal member. <P>SOLUTION: The hydraulic cylinder includes a portion structured with a minute clearance S in order to suppress the protrusion of the lip 12a1 at an end side farther from the lip 12a1 within the annular clearance between the inner circumferential surface of a shaft hole of a cylinder 31 and a piston 32. An annular clearance area for suppressing the formation of the cavitation, which shortens the axial distance of the annular clearance portion, is formed at the side opposite to a mounting groove 31b sandwiching the annular clearance portion structured of the minute clearance S. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
