PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximally enlarge a luggage space when a rear seat is not used, in a hybrid vehicle having a power-supply unit on a lower portion of the luggage space provided on a rear side of the rear seat and a fuel tank on a lower portion of a seat cushion of a front seat. SOLUTION: The rear seat 16 can be folded by moving the seat cushion 14 downward and reclining a seatback 15 forward. An upper surface of the folded seatback 15 is approximately flatly connected to a rear floor 27 that covers an upper portion of the power-supply unit 19 mounted on the lower portion of the luggage space 18 provided on the rear side of the rear seat 16.
