The applicator (1) has an object lumen (6) which is filled from distal with objects by fluid. A filter prevents between the object lumen and proximal end. The object stops the applicator proximal while filling the applicator. Only one object is arranged in the object lumen. The object lumen distal is closed. The object lumen has a tube which is made up of polyurethane, PEBAX(RTM: Polyether block amide), polytetrafluoroethylene, polypropylene, or paraformaldehyde.
