Disclosed is a resin composition having excellent oxygen absorption performance, high resin strength and good resin processability. Specifically disclosed is an oxygen-absorbing resin composition comprising a polyolefin resin, a transition metal catalyst and a polyamide resin that is obtained by polycondensing an aromatic diamine with a dicarboxylic acid, characterized in that the terminal amino group concentration of said polyamide resin is not more than 30 µeq/g and the sum of the contents of said transition metal catalyst and said polyamide resin is 15-60 wt% relative to the total amount of the oxygen-absorbing resin composition.
