<p>A cathode structure of aluminum electrolytic cell is disclosed. Collection grooves are formed along the length direction of the electrolytic cell on the cathode of the electrolytic cell, transverse guiding grooves connected with said collection grooves are formed along the width direction of the electrolytic cell between cathode carbon blocks, and aluminum collection reservoirs connected with said connection grooves are arranged in the length direction of the electrolytic cell. An aluminum electrolytic cell is also disclosed. The aluminum electrolytic cell includes a cathode. Collection grooves are formed along the length direction of the electrolytic cell on said cathode, transverse guiding grooves connected with said collection grooves are formed along the width direction of the electrolytic cell between cathode carbon blocks, and aluminum collection reservoirs connected with said connection grooves are arranged at the end of the cell along the length direction. The disclosed electrolytic cell and its matching cathode structure can reduce the thickness of molten aluminum layer, reduce or eliminate the effect of heavy current and strong magnetic field of the electrolytic cell on the fluctuation of molten aluminum layer and current efficiency, reduce the anode-cathode distance and cell voltage, at the same time ensure the enablement of high current efficiency, and thus significantly increase energy utilization efficiency and reduce power consumption.</p> |
