<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing color toner having proper image gloss, excellent color reproducibility and showing both of sufficient offset preventing property and excellent durability (electrification characteristics) even in a method of fixing without applying a release oil to a fixing member or applying a minute amount of oil. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing color comprising at least a binder resin and a coloring agent is characterized in that the binder resin consists of a polyol resin having 9,000 to 13,000 molecular weight at the peak top of the molecular weight distribution curve by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and having <4 ratio (Mw/Mn) of the weight average molecular weight (Mw) to the number average molecular weight (Mn).</p> |
