QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS METHOD OF METABOLITES USING HSQC NMR

PURPOSE: A method for quantitation of metabolite is provided to quickly and accurately quantitate the concentration of metabolite in a test sample using standard curve. CONSTITUTION: A method for quantitation of metabolite using 1H-13C HSQC NMR comprises: a step of preparing a standard sample containing internal standard and metabolites; a step of obtaining two-dimensional 1H-13C HSQC spectrum using NMR; a step of drawing a graph having 1H-13C HSQC peak intensity to the metabolite concentration contained in the standard sample to drawing standard curve; a step of using NMR spectrum to the test sample to obtain two-dimensional 1H-13C HSQC spectrum; a step of calculating kind and concentration of the metabolite from the standard curve.
