METHOD OF MANUFACTURING NON-WOVEN FABRIC WITH IMPREGNATED SYNTHETIC RESIN USED IN PREPARING NON-WOVEN ROLLER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing non-woven fabric with impregnated synthetic resin used in preparing a non-woven roller is provided to improve the density of a non-woven fabric through a water jetting process for the non-woven fabric in which needles are punched. CONSTITUTION: A hollow cylindrical non-woven fabric disk(3) is inserted into an intermediate external plane of an axis member(1). Needle punching of a carding web is performed, and comprises a staple fiber. A staple fiber is physically bridged in the carding web. Needle-punched non-woven fabric is fabricated. High pressure water is sprayed onto the needle-punched non-woven fabric. The staple fiber is physically bridged in the non-woven fabric, and a water-jetted non-woven fabric is fabricated. A water-jetted non-woven fabric is fabricated, and a synthetic resin is impregnated in the water-jetted non-woven fabric. The non-woven fabric is dried.
