<p>A method for transmitting non-user-specific control information in a wireless communication system includes: in a downlink time period which includes one or more time zones, a base station sends non-user-specific control information in a time zone in which user specific control information is sent; and a terminal obtains and decodes the non-user-specific control information, then obtains information needed to decode user specific control information according to the obtained non-user-specific control information.</p> |
