PURPOSE: A device for charging an electric bicycle and preventing the robbery of the electric bicycle is provided to efficiently prevent the robbery by photographing a moving picture and generating an alarm through a speaker when a locking line is cut from an electronic lock. CONSTITUTION: An electronic lock(20) and a charging terminal(30) are installed on a holder. The electronic lock receives power from a power supply unit(40) and locks or unlocks the wheel of an electric bicycle on the holder by receiving power from the power supply unit. The charging terminal supplies power applied from the power supply unit to charge the electric bicycle. An input unit(60) is comprised of a touch screen or key pad. A controller(70) controls the power supply unit and a display unit(50). |
