FIELD: sport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical culture and sport, as well as to therapeutic-restorative medicine, in particular to devices and body-builders, intended for active exercises, aimed at development and restoration of ligaments, muscles, joints and bones of lower extremities. Device is made in form of platform, with fastener, ensuring rigid foot fixation, length of platform from foot toe to anterior edge of platform is made with possibility to change within the range from 100 to 350 mm, length of platform from foot heel to posterior edge of platform being made with possibility to change within the range from 50 to 150 mm. Method of training lies in doing a cycle of exercises with described above device, in process of trainings platform length from toe to anterior edge of platform is gradually increase within the limits from 100 to 350 mm, length of platform from foot heel to posterior edge of platform is gradually increased within the range from 50 to 150 mm. ^ EFFECT: application of claimed group of inventions allows to restore ligaments, muscles, joints and bones of lower extremities without weight both in static and dynamic nodes. ^ 4 cl |
