PURPOSE: An image monitoring device for displaying two images on one monitor is provided to display two images on one monitor by inputting a thermal image signal of a digital thermal image processor and configure more than one external input signal terminal to a digital image processor. CONSTITUTION: A thermal video digital signal processing unit comprises as follows. An image processor(121) comprises a terminal receiving an image signal of a digital image processor. The image processor processes the image signal received through a terminal as a displayable signals. An encoding unit(122) encodes the processed thermal image signal. A controller(123) partitions the display region of a monitor.
