PURPOSE: A system for managing a car registered to a car day is provided to check program performance of car registered to a car day system program by a receiver of a public telephone booth, thereby conveniently managing the car. CONSTITUTION: A car is registered to a car day system of a public office. A local transmitter is mounted to the car. A receiver receives a signal of the transmitter. The receiver deciphers the signal. The receiver is mounted to a plurality of public phone booths(12). A main public office server(16) is connected to the receiver of the public phone booth by wired or wireless. A government main server manages the car.
