PURPOSE: A method for producing a fuel filter housing using an alloy plating steel sheet is provided to prevent the outer wall of a drawing housing from becoming discolored or damaged since the concentration of the pressure, which is applied to the alloy plating steel sheet by a nose part, is alleviated. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a fuel filter housing using an alloy plating steel sheet comprises next steps. A raw material for an alloy plating steel sheet is cut into steel sheets(10). The cut steel sheet is cut into a disc type. The disc is molded to half-finished goods between an upper mold(3) and a lower mold(5). The half-finished goods are finished to complete a fuel filter housing. The drawing step comprises following steps. Excepting the inner edge from the circumference of central circle, on which the processing surface(50) of the lower mold is projected, remaining edge is first drawing-processed. The inner edge is secondly drawing-processed. |
