PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating structure for a pipe effectively avoiding a problem relating invasion of water. SOLUTION: This heat insulation structure 1 for pipe includes a pipe 2, heat insulating material 3 disposed at an outer circumference of the pipe 2, heat insulating material 3 disposed at an outer circumference of the pipe 2, and jacket material 4 disposed at an outer circumference of the heat insulating material 3. The jacket material 4 includes a joint member 10 comprising a dam part 30 erectly provided in a circumferential direction to block another side of other jacket material 20a adjacent to longitudinal direction one side, and a flange part 40a extending from the dam part 30 in one direction and disposed between the other jacket material 20a and the heat insulating material 3.
