PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which prevents birds from entering a factory and by which the line operations in the factory are smoothly performed. SOLUTION: From the upper part of the entrance, chains, cloths or narrow vinyl strips are hung at equal intervals. This prevents birds from entering the factory and coming into and out of a material required for factory operations by forklifts, vehicles or the like are smoothly performed, in addition, the pollution of bird feces is dissolved. In addition, the intervals of the chains, the cloths, the narrow vinyl strips are selected according to the kind of birds in the factory, and the chains, the cloths and the narrow vinyl strips are selected according to the kinds of vehicles (forklifts and the like) passing through the entrance so that the vehicles pass smoothly.
