The invention discloses a seamless switching method, a device and a system. The method comprises the steps that a source base station receives notification message which is sent by a destination base station; the notification message is used for notifying the source base station that the user equipment is accessed to the destination base station(11); and when receiving the notification message, the source base station disconnects the communication connection with the user equipment (12). By the embodiment of the invention, the reduction problem of average transmission rate of business data during User Equipment (UE) switching can be avoided.
