<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for obtaining a situation in a cell (electron microscopy expressed by an entire biomatter) under diversified environment (morbid state) conditions by suppressing destruction of cells when producing observation samples and for correlating position information of specific substances in the same visual field. <P>SOLUTION: An analyzer of cells includes: a storage section for storing a first image including information on cell structure of the cells, and a second image that includes the first image and includes information on the inside of the cells and information on a substance related to the cell structure of the cells; a position identifying section for extracting the cell structure from the first image, extracting cell structure related to the substance from the second image, comparing each extracted cell structure, and identifying to which position of the first image the second image corresponds; and a coupling section for overlapping the second image to the identified position of the first image, based on the identification result by the position identifying section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
