PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boxing apparatus capable of easily boxing a packaging box for packaging or accommodating merchandise or the like in an accommodating box, or the like. SOLUTION: The boxing apparatus has a conveyor 12 for conveying a flat plate-like conveyed object 11 made of cardboard, and a loading stand 14 for loading an accommodating box 13 consisting of corrugated fiberboard for accommodating the object. An obliquely inclined member 15 is formed on a tail end of the conveyor 12. The loading stand 14 is movable in the direction in which the object 11 is conveyed by the conveyor 12 (X1 direction) and its opposing direction (X2 direction), and the direction orthogonal thereto.
