PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress mixing of light emitted from each light emission color area. SOLUTION: The lighting system 100 includes: a light emission part 10 on which a plurality of light emission regions (G1, G2, G3, G4) is formed; and a light shutter part which is arranged to oppose to each light emission region (G1, G2, G3, G4) of the light emission part 10. The light shutter part 20 allows the light emitted from each light emission region (G1, G2, G3, G4) to transmit a first region opposing to the light emission region of the light shutter part 29, while at least some of transmittances of a second region J2 surrounding each first region (J11, J12, J13, J14) are variably controlled.
