PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for disposal of slime in a cast-in-place pile construction, by which an underwater sand pump is hung, delivered and rolled up freely, in which the pump is prevented from being rusted or hardened caused by muddy water or slime and the rotation of the pump is suppressed while receiving a reaction force produced when the underwater sand pump is started. SOLUTION: In a slime processing device in a cast-in-place pile construction, the underwater sand pump 2 is inserted into an underwater hole 22 formed through drilling using a stable liquid, the slime 24 is sucked by means of the underwater sand pump 2 and discharged out of the underwater hole 22. The underwater sand pump 2 is delivered through a rubber belt 3 of a rectangular cross section having one or a plurality of steel wires 3a buried therein over the longitudinal entire region, and the pump is hung so as to be rolled up.
