The disassembly energy obtaining part 310 obtains the disassembly electric energy of an environmental load evaluation target product by receiving operation. The assembly energy inference part 320 refers to assembly/disassembly energy correlation information and infers assembly electric energy corresponding to the disassembly electric energy obtained by the disassembly energy obtaining part 310.
