PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to improve heat radiation and waterproof by using a radiation plate and a waterproof ring. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting module is included of a substrate and a plurality of emitting devices. A plurality of emitting devices are installed on the substrate. The light emitting module is accepted in a case body(30). The lens(50) is mounted on the light emitting module. A first waterproof ring(60) is arranged in the circumference of a lens. The case cover(70) is combined on the case body and a first waterproof ring. A heat plate is arranged under the substrate of the light emitting module. The light emitting module and the lens are separated from each other through a gap member.
