PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to generate the output signal of a constant duty ratio by regulating the current drivability driving the output terminal of a buffer according to the level of a power supplying voltage. CONSTITUTION: A first buffering part(210) includes a fourth p-type metal oxide semiconductor(PMOS) transistor(PM4), a fifth PMOS transistor(PM5), and a second n-type MOS(NMOS) transistor(NM2). A second buffering part(230) includes a third PMOS transistor(PM3), a sixth PMOS transistor(PM6), and a third NMOS transistor(NM3). A driving power regulating part regulates a current drivability according the level of a power supplying voltage applied to the buffering parts. A level compensating part(270) compensates the level change of a reference voltage by controlling the buffering parts.
