PURPOSE: An LED filling material molding apparatus is provided to prevent the top of the hardened filling material from being protruding upward or depressing down. CONSTITUTION: A cover block(30) is closely adhered to the upper side of a middle plate(20). An injection molding machine(10) is equipped with a bed on which a substrate(1) is placed. The injection molding machine is configured to elevate the whole bed equipped with the supplying port and a plunger(12). The middle plate comprises the rectangular metal plate having the flat bottom.
