A device for placement of a card in a sheet comprising support means (2) for support of the sheet, cutting means (14a) for providing one or several cuts and/or flaps in the sheet, a card holder (8) for holding a card close to the support means (2), displacement means (15, 16) for displacement of the card towards the cuts in the sheet during which displacement, parts of the card may be pressed through at least one of the cuts in the sheet and actuator means (5) for actuating the cutting means (14a) and the displacement means (15, 16). Further, bending means (20) is provided for bending the flaps up and over the card. As a result, a device is obtained for placement of a stiff card in a sheet. The device does not take up much space and may be placed on a desk.
