PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversion device, allowing input/output the characteristics of a plurality of converters each having mutually different input/output characteristics to be made to agree with each other, and to provide a signal generating device which includes the conversion device, and a signal-measuring device. SOLUTION: The conversion device 1 includes a plurality of A/D converters 10a-10n, having each mutually different input/output characteristics; and a correction part 20, wherein an ideal straight line showing an input/output characteristic which is common to the A/D converters 10a-10n is set, for correcting a digital signal output from each of the A/D converters 10a-10n so that all the input/output characteristics of the A/D converters 10a-10n agree with the ideal straight line.
