<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of manufacturing a flexible polyurethane foam with good vibration characteristics without combining different foams. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a flexible polyurethane foam by reacting a polyol component (A) and an organic polyisocyanate component (B) in the presence of water as a foaming agent (C), a catalyst (D), and a foam stabilizer (E), this method for manufacturing a flexible polyurethane foam is characterized in that the polyol component (A) contains specific polyols of (a1), (a2), (a3), (a4), and (a5), and the organic polyisocyanate component (B) contains, on the basis of mass of (B), 15-80 mass% of one or more kinds of polyisocyanates selected from 2,4'- and 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, its crude product, and their modified products, and 20-80 mass% of 2,4- and/or 2,6-tolylene diisocyanate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
