PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen panel which can raise the degree of freedom of installation and application, prevent from hindering to a surrounding space, and be compactly stored even during not using. SOLUTION: The screen panel 10 has a constitution in which two panel members 11, 11 are coupled turnably each to other by coupling members 12, 12 functioning as hinges. Slit-like fitting recessed parts 20 are formed in the panel members 11 and the panel members 11 are fixed by inserting horizontal fixing plates 100 such as top plates of desks or counters into the fitting recessed parts 20 and sandwiching the fixing plate 100 by fixing members 21, 22 arranged inside of the fixing recessed parts 20.
