PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food packaging bag having no possibility that an oil content and a seasoning liquid are oozed out of a part of perforation. SOLUTION: In the food packaging bag, one side of a bag raw material is opened, other three sides are closed, and a part of the bag can be separated at the part of the perforation. As the perforation is formed only at a paper material side of the bag raw material formed by sticking a paper material and a laminate film, the oil content, the seasoning liquid or a seasoning fine powder can be prevented from oozing out of the part of the perforation.
