<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a photovoltaic module in which a rear side electrode layer is reliably divided. <P>SOLUTION: The photovoltaic module includes: a transparent substrate 1; a transparent front side electrode layer 2; a semiconductor layer 3 of microcrystal or microcrystal/amorphous silicon, and the rear side electrode layer 4. These layers are structured in such a manner that they are electrically divided by division lines 5, 6, 7 for forming electrically series-connected cells C<SB>1</SB>, C<SB>2</SB>, C<SB>3</SB>. Laser light is used to form, at least in the rear side electrode layer 4, division line regions forming the continuous division lines 7 interconnected through connection regions extending at an angle α in relation to the division line regions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
