PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce hair damage due to the effect of agents to exhibit an aesthetic and practical effect of agents on the damaged hair. SOLUTION: A hairdressing beauty treatment agent includes a marine humus soil extract. The marine humus soil extract comprises: (A) ammonium thioglycolate and/or thioglycolic acid monoethanolamine; and/or (B) cysteine, wherein the cysteine is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of L-cysteine, DL-cysteine, N-acetyl-L-cysteine, L-cysteine hydrochloride, and DL-cysteine hydrochloride.
