The board (1) has detachable flat elements (8) for changing dimensions of a wetted sliding surface of the board and hydrodynamic bottom shape of the board. The flat elements are individually or entirely lifted up from the wetted sliding surface of the board by a telescope system during sailing. The flat elements are connected with a screwed front part of an inner tube of the telescope system and a link joint. A sliding metal pipe is inserted together with a tension spring in an outer tube, where the tension spring is mounted at an end of the outer tube.
