PURPOSE: A method for preparing a humanization fraction antibody through a suspension culture of transformed plant cells is provided to improve clinical pharmacodynamic and to diagnose and treat cancer. CONSTITUTION: A vector for expressing plant cells comprises: a alpha-amylase promoter, signal peptide coding sequence, heavy or light chain coding sequence of a humanization antibody, and 3'UTR from 5' to 3'. The promoter is an alpha-amylase 3D promoter of a rice plant. The signal peptide is an alpha-amylase signal peptide. A method for preparing an antibody fragment using plant cells comprises: a step of expressing a heavy or light chain humanization antibody; and a step of isolating the heavy or light chain from a suspended culture. A composition for anticancer contains the antibody fragment and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
