<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate the construction of cover soil for protecting a water shielding sheet to perform the accumulation of waste to a disposal facility easily and in a relatively short time. SOLUTION: A water shielding sheet 3 is provided along the inner surface of an excavated part 1a of the ground 1, and the surface of the water sheet 3 is covered with a protective layer 21 that is formed by spraying fiber 22 containing sand 23 onto the surface of the sheet 3, and the surface of the layer 21 is covered with a tree planting layer 24 that is formed by spraying fiber 25 containing sand 26 therein, and a protective layer A having light shielding property consisting of the protective layer 21 and the tree planting layer 24 is provided to from a waste disposal facility.</p> |
