PURPOSE: A fountain pen type cellular phone is provided to improve portability by installing a clip which enables the holding of a cellular phone on cloth. CONSTITUTION: A button search unit(30) is placed on a rear side of a screen display unit, and a clip(70) is installed at the upper portion of a body. An external connector(80) for the connection of charging power jack is installed at the lowest bottom plane of a cellular phone. A cellular phone circuit module controls the function of the cellular phone. A lithium ion polymer coin-type charging battery supplies power.
