PURPOSE: A vehicle transferring device for a parking facility and a vehicles transferring method using the same are provided to improve the image about a parking lot by preventing malfunction due to the simplification of facilities. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle transferring device for a parking facility comprises a lower frame(1), a front upper frame(2), a front lifting device, a rear upper frame(3), and a rear lifting device(40). The lower frame transfers a vehicle, lifted upward, to a preset location. The front upper frame is fixed o the front upper of the lower frame. The rear upper frame is coupled with one side end of the front upper frame by a rotary shaft(35). The rear upper frame moves to both rear wheels of the vehicle.
