PURPOSE: A solar panel clamp is provided to skip additional securing unit for forming a unit by forming a combining hole to combine the securing bolt on the bottom of main body. CONSTITUTION: A top main body(31) comprises a top stopper(33) combined with the upper corner part of a solar panel(12). A lower part main body(32) is formed in order to correspond to the top stopper. A bottom stopper(34) combining with the bottom edge portion of the solar panel is arranged on the lower part main body.
