PURPOSE: A multi-purpose whole body exercise machine is provided, which can improve backbone treatment by applying heat to the backbone and performing spine correction at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A multi-purpose whole body exercise machine comprises: a frame opened to the upper part; a slope control part(100) which is formed in the lower part of frame and controls the slope of the frame; a pivot part(200) which is formed in the inner one side of the frame and shakes the leg; and a support stand(300) which is formed in the inner side of the frame, is interlinked to shaking of the foot, and is reciprocated and rotated.
