PURPOSE: A display device for switching a viewing angle is provided to prevent the damage in the contrast ratio of transmitted light and brightness by independently driving electric optical activation layers. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate unit(10) includes a first substrate, and an electrode which is formed under the first substrate. A second substrate unit(20) faces the first substrate unit and is distanced from the first substrate. The second substrate unit includes a second substrate(23) and includes an electrode formed on the second substrate. An interlayer(30) is placed between the first substrate unit and the second substrate unit.
