PURPOSE: A cushion member and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make handling convenient since material is lightweight and thus easily inserted into a washing machine. CONSTITUTION: A cushion member manufacturing method comprises: a step of forming a non-slip part(21) by coating silicon or hot melt on polyester fabric; a step of establishing a sponge sheet(3) between the non-slip member and microfiber pile fabric having a textile printing part; a step of forming melt regions(31,32) by heating both surfaces of the sponge sheet; and a step of heat-fusing the microfiber pile fabric and non-slip member(2). |
