PURPOSE: A concrete-filled steel tube composite girder is provided to improve compressive strength, shearing strength, bending strength, and tensile strength and to reduce costs by improving the service life of the girder. CONSTITUTION: A concrete-filled steel tube composite girder is composed of a steel tube(100), webs(200), and a flange(300). The steel tube is filled with concrete(10). Spiral protrusions are formed inside the steel tube. The webs are longitudinally welded in the bottom of the steel tube. The flange is longitudinally welded in the bottom of the webs. Reinforced concrete with steel wires is placed in both sides of the parts in which the webs and the flange are coupled. |
